I have been an employee with Sitel Gurgaon for the past 3 years and after i resigned from the company last year, i have been waiting for my PF status and relieving letter since the past 6 months and no one from the HR or the operations have been able to resolve my issue even after approaching the office more then 3 times. I have not been able to join any company due to the issue not being resolved. While i had been in the company, we have been facing a lot of issues where the company was not ready to resolve whther its about salary or office related which is why attrition is very high and currently very high even after the company having tried to introduce new programmes to keep the employees happy. I had been working for Equifax process and was very dissappointed at the way things were being handled by the operations. I have been running from pillars to posts just to get my issue resolved specifically having talked to Nelson Soans from Equifax who is a manager and Vaishali Chatturvedi who is in the HR but it seems since i am an ex-employee they won`t take any interest in helping out. Equifax has had the worst survey when it came to employee satisfaction and the current attrition says it all. I don`t know if my issue will be resolved but i would like to warn any individual to think twice before getting hired for sitel or Equifax. I am not the only victim here but many of my colleagues face the same dilemma. I wish someone at the top of the company's` hierarchy could read this and tried to pacify such ridiculous issues.
