Hi .

I had taken the possession of the above flat on 29th May 2011.
There are the following problems in the flat which were duly notified to your representative Gopi ([protected]) and the Engineering Officer Suresh ([protected]).

- Seepage in the Guest room wall
- Broken hand shower in Guest room bathroom
- Broken hand shower and basin pedestal in Common bath room
- White cement stain marks all over the tiles dado of the common bathrooms

While this has been in their notice from 2nd June 2011, nothing has been fixed yet, despite making promises of fixing it in a day or two. I have been repeatedly been calling them and meeting them personally at the site office, but the problem remains as it is.

My woodwork is done and i need to move in on 30th June 2011, and these problems are stopping me from moving in, causing me to unnecessary extend my rental expenses at my current residence.

I would request you to fix them ASAP, and let me know who would be the contact person if Gopi and Suresh can't do it.
