Dear Sir,
On 12.08.2010 we received a letter through Speed Post (SP EU[protected]IN) from Sky Network, Agra. (Reg. no. SJN-F120/2010-11). I want to know that is this true which the particular company claims. I am giving you the details of the letter which I received from the company. Please tell me what will be my next step what i have to do. Thanking you.

In this regard your requested has been considered and the same has been sanctioned for Cross verification of the proposed Land owner. As according to the prior intimation, you are requested to and a BANK DRAFT for the sum of Rupees 4500/-(four thousands five Hundred only) in favors of ''SKY NETWORK’ payable AT Agra, being the service requested charges for the proposed site which is refundable.

Dear sir/Madem,

I am Sushil Kumar Mondal.My Service Req No. is " KOL/10/1105 " & Reg No. is " SNJ-F120/2010-11 ".Sir I can not contact with your via mobile because all the numbers are switch off.I already send 1st BANK DRAFT fot the sum of Rupees 4500/-. Then again I send 2nd BANK DRAFT of the sum of Rupees 5400/- in favors of ''SKY NETWORK’ payable AT Agra.& I read the LEASE AGREEMENT & Fill Up The " APPLICANT'S DETAIL " Form and send this with 2nd BANK DRAFT ( Rs- 5400/- ) by speed post

After that I canot contact with you till now because all the numbers are switch off. So We ar in tension. plz contact with me as soom as possible. MY CONTACT NO. IS M-[protected], [protected]. LAND NO.[protected]. plz plz plz plz plz SIR Contact as soon as possible.

i have (n.lakshmi w/o narayanadass ) payed 4, 500 by dd for verification amount and again for legal aggrement fees 6, 400 by dd we received service regestration number in sky network MAS/11/4330 REG NO :SJN - F120/2010-11 . now their is no contact or any information, we tryed to contact but all contacts were disconnected (switched off) from SKY NETWORK. we applied in oct month they scheduled to finish the process within 5-7 weeks, but till now their is no response .

this is n.lakshmi w/o narayanadass . we applied for celleular tower installation in our site on 04/11/2010 for that we payed 4, 500 DD as verification process and we got service reg no : MAS /11/4330 REG NO: SJN-F120/2010-11 and then legal aggrement fee of 6, 400 DD for legal aggrement fees on 10/12/2010 .the total verification period is 5-7 week but after that their is no contact from they and we tryed our best to contact they that we contacted through these numbers ([protected], [protected]) ([protected], [protected]).

I have send Rs.4500/- and Rs.5400/- to Sky Network for installation of Mobile Tower as per their Service Req. No. KOL/09/1015 and Reg. No. SJN - F120/[protected]. But till date I have Not received any response from their end. The all Telephone Lines of Sky Network switched off.
I have around 4578 Sq. Ft. of full vacant land at : PARUL DANGA, MOUZA : KHOSKADAMBAPUR, P.O. & P.S. BOLPUR, RLY. STATION : PRANTIK [PLACE OF RABINDRA NATH TAGORE'S VISWA VATI] DIST : BIRBHUM, PIN CODE NO. 731204, WEST BENGAL.

Sky network ,Agra — DD paid but no response after payment regarding cellular tower installation.

My name is Md .Ishaq residence of Gulbarga ,Karnataka have paid demand draft of 4500/- & 6400/- respectively favouring Sky Network,payable at Agra.this is have done with a clear intention after i read advertisement in local newspaper regarding installation of cellular tower at our site.But, i have got no response after the payment of the charges.I have tried thier to communicate them through all possible means but got null response.now, I feel that the company was forged and illegal.Now, i need to get either my money back or any kind of compensation.Hence ,i request the respected Agra police to kindly check this matter . And any kind of suggestions are invited at [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

sir, i'm N.Bala devi from warangal.i've sent a DD of Rs 4500/- of syndicate bank, warangal with receipt no 408877dated[protected] of professional courier warangal and also sent a DD of Rs 5400/- again from syndicate bank warangal and DD no is 6213.But i've not received any reply.Could you tell me what should be my next step...???

Hello Sir I have received a Agreement letter from SKY NETWORK, Agra, for Cellphone Tower installation in my property, as per the letter i have send a D.D (4500=4500)along with my bank details, id proof, and address proof, after sending this details i have received a call from Skynetwork saying that its done within 1week with Court Agreement, but after 1 week i did not received any response from Skynetwork,
when i was called given mobile numbers it is comes switched off till Know, So please any body help me.

Respected sir, I have payed RS.4500/-R, s SBI Bank;D.D No.647785 for the cellular tower for the company SKY NETWORK, they given the date after dewali and next 2nd time also i have payed purpose of registration Documents, (6500/-Rs), SBI Bank D.D No: 635217 25/11/2010.so stil i didnot get any respond so please kindly tell me how long it will take for the procedure to complete, can you please send me the details through My Mail ID ([protected]@yahoo.com) I have given the details below
