[Resolved]  SLR motor driving school in bangalore Horamavu — took money in advance but delaying the training and not yet started

i have registered in SLR motor driving school, for 4 wheeler training, they took advance money and everyday they call up and say they have some problem and they will start class from next day and everyday they say some or other problem and they have not yet started the training, when i call up the owner or driver they say they will get back to us and they never calls up, when we went to the driving school to talk to them directly, no one is available though office remains open, and my money is also not refunded.
