[Resolved]  SLV Hospital, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore — Misbehavior of Staff and management

Myself Kuldeep Dahiya, contact no. [protected], residing in Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore. Front desk operator misbehaved with my wife yesterday.
My wife already taken appointment for doctor 6th May 2012. There is no feedback from the hospital side for the registered appointment.

Also when my wife asked yesterday for the doctor, the receptionist instead of giving proper feed back started fighting with my wife.

When we expressed our grievances to hospital manager doctor Mr. Prasad, he taken very lightly and not taken any action...

I feel there is no patient management in the hospital.

hospitals are for helping the patient not increasing there blood pressures. And it was matter of my new born girl baby check up. Myself and my wife are very much depressed with the hospital staff and Doctors behavior.

Take very serious action against the hospital.

I am briefing all this but then also I am not sure that some organization is there or not to take care of humanity in India.

Very bad experience.The receptionist was swearing in Kannada thinking that i won't understand. The Dr Prasad is the owner of the hospital and he is very greedy. All test they charge 2 times than other hospitals. Staff behavior is very bad. They don't have proper administration. Advise everyone to avoid SLV hospital.
