I had purchased two Nos of Godrej 1.5 T split A/C from Saravana Stores,Chennai in the month of April 2009. Last month one A/C got a sensor problem and the techincian from "smart Godrej" came over and took the sensor for replacement. on Service call No 400276 vide date 04/11/2009 . Regret to say that till date there is no signs of the replacement even after many reminders thriugh Emails.
Please do the needful for replacing the sensor at the earliest.
