i am agent of your firm my terminal id is inrpr03000022d my firm name is chawda tour & travels my problem is that last 2 month i can"t book my railways ticket always error railway booking is currently not available to system upgration i also send mandate form to Chennai but dear is no responce from your side so plz slove the problem as soon as possible other vice i have to go to media or consumer form ...

i am a agent of smart shop my firm name is chawda tour & travels my terminal id is inrpro3oooo22d i am also male at 10 April my problem is i want to book a ticket of raipur to jabalpur in railways but there is problem when i book my ticket there show the current service is not avilable due to system upgration i talk in custamer care they told me that thrusday u can book in morning our server upgartion will be finished but when today i book my ticket again that show so i hemly request u to that plz solve the problem now the possition of ticket is also waiting so plz slove hurry as soon as posible and tell me whick time this upgration will slove ...

and 1 more things i want to tell u when i take the agency that time he told me that u will be give certificate and flopy but ther is no flopy come when i told c.g hed deepak mahesvery he told me i will but he is also not give me the flopy so plz give us flopy ...
