I am also working with this company since 1 year. I and my team received all the products and invoices in time. Even i received my commission also based on the products i sold. I agree with u that company is very genuine and they have very good products. I strongly feel that u should approach company office in Guwahati. Mr.Arup Sinha is the manager there and his number is [protected] or u can mail to customer care "[protected]@svpsl.in". I am sure that this information is not with the company otherwise company must have acted on this.
