[Resolved]  Snapfish — shipment not delivery

Respected Sir,

Let me introduce my self, I Manoj Chandrakant Sawant residing as A-34, Ramchandra HSG., Yashodhan Ngr., Opp Devendra Ind. Estate, Thane (W)-400 606.

I have purchased online greeting card from Snapfish and made the payment through my icicibank debit card Rs.149.13 on dated 3rd February 2010 and today's is 9th March 2010 till date I have not receive my shipment. I have regularly follow up with customer care Mr.Ram and he only give me fake assurance that they will trying to deliver my shipment as soon as possible but nothing is happing. I don't think so they are interest to deliver my shipment.

I feel they make fool to customer and make money out of it. My amount is minimum but the service which they provide to the customer is definately not acceptable. So that I would like to loged complaint against Snapfish so that in futur other customer will be aware against such online purchased.

I am also trying to informe all my orkut, facebook, tiwter friend group circle so that they will informe there friend not to go with snapfish for further and stop purchasing online by Snapfish.

I request you to kindly look in to this matter and registered my complaint against Snapfish.
