People residing above our flat make noise till 1 am in the morning on daily basis.We are unable to get the adequate sleep and thus have started having health problems. During the day till midnight their kids keep jumping, running, playing outdoor games, they keep dragging furniture and dropping things till 1 am and at times even beyond that.During vacations and public holidays their 5 cousins come and they create a havoc. The society members have told this resident not to trouble us, but there is no difference. They continue to trouble us
