Solutions Infini -( Koramangala , Bangalore) has designed my company website in the year 2010, after completion they have not given me any data back up or SQL Dump which legally & logically they are supposed to give me . As per our MOU signed I've paid them the entire website development fees amount to the management. Recently due to certain reason our website hosted server shifted to a new server & for that they have asked me to give them SQL Dump to make the site running . But when I asked the Solution Infini management ( Mr. Aniketh Jain ) to send me the info ( just the info ) initially he didn say anything & after 3 days his subordinate called me & informed me that If I need the SQL Dump information I have to pay additional ( Rs. 2206 ) cost just to get the info. I was completely shocked bcos no website develop co. charges for sharing just the info. which they supposed to handover to me in the past. I've not asked them for site changes or any amendments I've just asked them to share with me the my website SQL dump. I am totally helpless & really dont what to do as a small time start up co. Rs. 2,206 is a big amount for me to pay & end of the day its not the money its Unethical & unprofessional. I've requested Mr. Aniketh Jain & Mr. Ashish Agarwal who are in the management to waive out this amount but they refused to reply to my mail.
