It every time I am facing problem for booking my refill gas cylinder. Distributor is not picking phone. When I am trying to book by www.tomogas.com site 1st time every thing was fine but 2nd time by booking no. was 192 and by the next day I receive a SMS that my registered costumer no (SG35718) is wrong. When I call to their customer care no they say every thing is OK that SMS is send to you by default. Today is the 6th day I didn't receive by refill. Today I go to their site to chack the refill status its shows invilid login ID, spoken to C Care they say your dealer his done this talk to them. trying to book by SMS service also at 54625 but some time its shows run time error or wrong dealer no.. No SMS is working, No IVR is working & dealer is not picking up his phone. What I do I don't understand. Pls help....
