I m a consumer of Indian Gas my distributer is Sonkar Gas Kanpur. My complain is that In our locality address 6/36 Rani Bagicha, Rani Ghat Purana Kanpur we are not getting home delivery of gas cylinder earlier we were getting home delivery but from last one year we are not getting. My second complain is regarding the gas booking. We are ask to book our gas cyllander after 21 days and even after booking we are getting the cylinder after 10 days.I request you to please see to my complain and do the needful.
