sony ericsson w100i is very very very very worst product the phone il get stuck minimum of 4times per day it il not process fastly even if we want to make a call it takes 15seconds sometimes if we open the camera also it il get restarted some times the phone il stuck at that time we cant even switchoff our mobile we have to take the battery directly then only it il work battery wil come only for one day so on the whole its very worst product only benefit of this phone is headset they are awesomean nd this sanath [protected]

sir i am rakesh.from bhubaneswar. sir i had purchased sony ericsson w100i but in that handset theems does not support .therefor i request u sir please kindly tell that which type of theems format are support in that hand set

hi i am dhananjay shide from pune,
i using sony erricsons w100i model from last 4 month.from the date of pursuing that handset is creates varios problems like,
1.shows message error-out of message
2.when camera is on mobile will swithed off
3.bluetooth not woring properly
4.keypads are not functining properly
5. two times i had repaired it,
they only upgrade software but problem is not solved..
pls tell me procedure of handset replacing...
i'm very disturbed by this hanset hanging problem.already i repaired that mobile two times.so i am not intrested to use that phone again so please tell me.how i replace that mobile.

    I purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile, model T-715 on date 16/12/2009. It is feeling very bad to say that as I use the mobile from the very first day it has many problems. Due to these problems I have submitted my mobile many time to service centre as Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, vide work order nos. SE310TCC12625, SE310TCC14109, SE310TCC11042. I again submit my mobile at the same service centre vide work order no. SE310TCC12272 on date 10/12/2010. Even the problem has not resolve after changing the board also on date 05/10/2010. Every time whenever they receive my mobile, they never wrote the estimated time for return the mobile. They always said that you have check on the website. I want to say that I have submitted my mobile to your service centre 4 time & approximately 100 days. Each time when they return the mobile said now this is OK. But the problem retains same. Also warranty will expire on date 16/12/2010. Due to it I have very much fed up & disturbed. Because you can see that I received my mobile on 05/10/2010 after change of the board and it is again broke down. I have informed to the customer care also and they give me the ticket ID no 89087847. This type of service & product quality can not be supposed by the esteemed organization like Sony Ericsson.



    I have the only request from your side; please replace my handset as soon as possible because I don’t want to take this handset with new problems. Because next time your service centre will not accept my mobile in the warranty period & I will have to see the other way.

    MY MOBILE HAVE A PROBLEM OF INCOMEING & OUTGOING VOICE SO I GAVE MY PHONE MODEL T715 TO ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICE LIMITED, SURAT service centre for solveing problem on date: 21/02/2011 they told me that problem because of BELT they told me that we demand a BELT from COMPANY, so now this date company did't sent belt to ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICE LIMITED, SURAT , so please send BELT to this servi ce centre as quickly as possible and repair my phone as soon....

      sony ericsson spiro — functional defect in mobile

      i purchased new Sony Erricson spiro from Sangeetha mobile Shop but now its not only working properly i want money back
      I am one of the Consumer of Sony Ericsson.       good morning,sir my name is adithya i have a problem with my sony ericsson sprio Mobile ,i also complaint previously with a reference number[protected] .
      your technical department said that update your mobile with new software for problem,but no use i again get same problem
      problems with my mobile is
      1.while i chating with my friend it showing out of memory in the write message,
      2.forwarding of message to friends are not going more than 10 friends in the list ,it showing message sending is failed
      3.we phone is automatically switched off while i listing music and chating
      4.mobile is always frez r strck.......etc
      it very much disappointing me,because i buy the mobile one month back. so kindly solve problem are replace my mobile .

      I was purchased 2set of w100i after 2 days of purchasing the set I am facing software problem than I went to the service center they updated the s/w after that I am facing the same problem .

      3 times they updated the s/w but recently I am facing the same problem so I want tp replace the phones plz revert me as soon as possible otherwise ia have to take strict action against you.

          Hello,

          I have purchased Sony Erricson W80i mobile in Feb2010, but from the purchase date it starts giving me problems.
          Initially it was just a memory stick problem, service center has cleared it. But from last 4 months it has speaker, range and battery charging problem. I have visited service center 3-4 times they do something after that it works for a week and again comes to the same problem.
          I am frustrated about this product can you please help me.

            I have purchased a sony ericsson mobile "w100i" spiro on 6th November 2010
            from the day of purchasing of this mobile i am facing problems in my mobile it starts getting hanged and getting restarted .Eventhough the message box is empty it shows out of memory . Now it is not even displaying the messages.If I try to open the camera suddenly it get hanged. I need the solution for these problems.Please give the solution for these problems

              I have purchased a mobile handset model W20 on 16th July10. Its front key pad was not working properly so I submitted the set for repair on 24th Nov 2010 by work order no SE310LT111269. It was told by the service center the part is not available it will take a week to get the part. On 2nd Dec 2010, I called customer care Mr. Ankur Yaday the person on phone launched the complaint no. 89039051 and asked for 48 working hours for the compliance. On 9th dec 10 I asked for the same it is informed by Mr Gaurav Dubey that the status is same and complaint is pending for the part. I have asked the company to provide new mobile immediatly otherwise I have move to consumer forum.
              Kindly do the needful to get the mobile or the losses mentally and financially which i beared in those days of non communication.

                i have bought 2 new soni-ericsson mobiles on 4th nov.2010.from starting its not working properly,it hangs,playback failed,auto off(automaticaly switch off),out of memory.i went to dealer he said to go to service center.i also went there they said it is a software problem,they uploaded a software...but the problems did not stops...again i go there again they uploaded another softwere......but still i m facing same problems..they said they can't do anything..please help me..and do justice with me

                You must be aware of a well recognised principle " Where there is a right there is a remedy ". To have justice please find mentioned herein below some of the important steps in order to proceed further.

                1. Firstly, make a final reminder to the Head of Sony Ericcsson on the subject matter.

                2. If no action, would be taken within a period of 15 days then in that event file a complaint with the Consumer Forum, Delhi alonhg with all the supportings in this regard along with other customer complaints in order to have a favourable order.

                3. In the prayer clause itself, ask for the replacement of the handset along with the litigation expenses and the cost for the mental agony and harrasment being caused to you by this conduct on behalf of the Sony Ericcson.

                You will definately succeed, since their name must be in the defaulters list maintained with the Consumer Forum.

                  i purchased sony dsc210 camera last year..in my camera battery backup is very less.i took it to sony service center they said my charger is repaired so they told me to buy charger for that.they said that i ll not get original charger for that and they saying that i need to buy the extrenal charger for that.the extrenal charger cost around 3500 bugs.can i know wat is the cost for original charger..if it cost more say me the alternative way for that

                  Sony DSC W210 digital camera — Battery back up

                  I purchased it on 02 Oct 087. In Web site, it is indicating that it will provide 450 Snaps/215 mins. of back up in one full charge. I am not even getting half of the back up. Kindly help

                    Hi,

                    I purchased a Sony Vaio laptop on 8 Aug,2010. In 4 months only the OS got corrupted. One day I swicthed on the laptop and I got blank screen displaying "Operating System not found" error. At the time of purchasing they told to make recovery disks. After the crash i tried to do recover then the disk didn't recovered the data. Then I went to sony center they told that take backup of your valuable data because they will format the full HDD. Then I told how I can take a backup the guy told that he will detach the HDD and from outside computer shop u can go and take backup. What the [censored] it is !!!
                    If recovery disks can't do work then whats the use of it. For purchasing Vaio u should either backup ur data at regular interval of time or better don't purchase SONY VAIO.

                    Never ever go for VAIO laptops.

                      want to complain about the Sony Ericsson service center located at MUZAFFARPUR
                      I gave them my new mobile S312 which was having some display problem.
                      My workorder no. was SE310RSE10250 and it was in its warranty period. They saID that PROBLEM WILL BE RECTIFIED WITHIN 15 -20 DAYS ALREADY IT HAS PASSED MORE THAN ONE AND HALF MONTH.
                      REGARDING THIS I ALSO REGISTER COMPLAIN[protected]BEFORE A MONTH,BUT NO RESPONSE TILL NOW.IS IT THE BRAND IMAGE OF SONY ERICSSON?
                      This is exactly the same prob with me and I m clueless as to what should be done...

                        sony ericsson / xperia x10i — the set is not working no they're not responding

                        i purchased a phone on 20 july 2010. and after purchasing the phone become dead after 3 days i used it. i give the phone to sony centre guwahati n they take almost 20 days n gave me a new phone as a replacement. but after using it again for 15 days it is againg giving error as no sim afater a regular interval n i have to restart the phone to get rid of the error. i gave the phone to sony centre again n they again toook 16 days to give me the phone in same state as it was before n tell me to directly go to the service centre. when i went there they are telling me it will again some days. m just got fed up n i want to request the honourable court to take some steps because the way they are treating me as i did some mistake buying the handset.

( IMI No ; [protected] ) from Poorvika mobiles india ltd .now i got complaint from the mobile , i give that mobile to here your authorised service centre located at 4 roads - X-plus communication centre, salem , there ,there is no response from service centre , then i give the mobile phone to Bird enterprise service centre , salem . there also mobile complaint not cleared , then i give the mobile phone to Poorvika mobile showroom located at 1st agraharam - salem , they are send the mobile phone to chennai for service , yesterday they are calling me for take the delivery of the product , i took the phone , till now there is no change in my mobile , the same problem is available till now from i took the mobile , i dont want any explanation from your side , am so dissapoint with your service , i want new mobile in 1 or 2 days , otherwise am going to put a complaint regarding your product to consumer court ,

                          I have a F100 phone of Sony Ericsson and since the day I have taken I have hardly used it.

                          Please have a look at the trail mail sent to customer service on 29th May 2010. After all this issues which took place within 2 days of the purchase I had to submit the phone to the service center. I got my phone replaced after 45 days. I have hardly used it and again I have issues since last 4 months even after coming back from Service center.

                          The New IMEI NO:[protected].

                          S.N:- BX901GU18K.

                          I also made a complain at call center my complain id is: 89137074 on 14th Dec 2010.I purchased this phone from Paragon departmental store. Invoice no: 08859 and the Bill dated is 18th May 2010.

                          I have several issues which I have since the day I have purchased it, till date and the service center people refuse to help:


                          Kindly find the following issues that I am facing:
                          1. The Phone hangs a lot since the day of purchase.
                          2. Flap is very loose.
                          3. There is no display many times on the front screen
                          4. In a full network area it shows no network
                          5. It goes to emergency call automatically.
                          6. it automatically goes to emergency call in a full network zone
                          7. It switches off automatically and restarts
                          8. I cannot see my contacts at times.

                          The service center people refuse to take my phone they say it has a scratch on the phone so they are considering it out of warranty. So I am also sending you snapshots of my mobile so that you decide on it.

                          Please have a look into the pervious history of the phone and even now it is still the same. I am submitting the phone today and I will not collect the phone till it’s fully repaired.

                          Sony Ericsson W100i — PHone

                          HI,

                          I have purchased Sony Spiro in the month of october 2010 and since from the day of purchase I have been facing problem like hanging, out of memory exception in messages, auto shut down and restart of the phone, bad radio reception to name a few..
                          I have had the software updated "Thrice" from the service center. Apart from this the "MotherBoard" has been replaced Twice" but still the problem persists. When I call the suppport, I recieve the same response of going to the service center which I have done 7 times now. The executives in the service center give me assurance of getting the phone fixed each time, but it turns out to be false.
                          I have couple of times requested the executive to escalate this matter and also tried with the people in the call center to escalate this. But they don't seem to take any action.
                          I requested the call center guys to conenct me to a higher offical so that I can raise my concern couple of times, but they put us on hold and neither do they connect us to them nor respond back.
                          I am quite dissatisfied with the support and service porvided by Sony.
                          I want the phone to be replaced or be provided witha better one else the only place I need to approach would be the consumer court.

                          Im here to inform you that I've purchased a Sony Ericcson Mobile W100i Handset from Memmo Mobiles in the City.

                          Only with in weeks time it stated giving me problems with the software and the set is hanging all the time.

                          I've taken the mobile to your authorized service center to resolve the problem. They kept it with them for one day and returned it back after it with the same problem.

                          I again took it back to your service center after 1 week and i reached there at 1:58PM, and they haven't accepted my compliant as it is 2:00 PM and told me that it is their lunch time.

                          The response is very low with the service center and please stop authorizing such service centers as it spoils your reputation.

                          So please check with this compliant and try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

                            Defective LCD TV and POOR Service



                            Dear Sir,


                            I purchased a Sony Bravia LCD TV model no. KLV-32EX300 IN5 from Sony Center in Mohali, S.C.O NO.- 506-508 SEC-70.

                            This said model started giving problem within less than three months. The complain was lodged at your service centre vide complain no. 252 dated[protected] and again vide complain no 258 on[protected]. The following problems were noticed: -
                            1. The picture quality of the TV got poor after switching on the TV for 1 min time.

                            2. I compared the colors and image quality to another SONY LCD TV installed in my house, and surprisingly it was better that this new expensive LED TV.

                            3. The brightness of the TV increased automatically after few minutes, thus making the picture dull.

                            4. There were continuous thin and broad lines noticed all over the screen of the TV.

                            The person who came to attend the complain got some pictures clicked to send to your office but nothing concrete had been done yet and my TV still remains defective. The service engineer agreed to the ones I have written above and told me to lodge a complaint.

                            I even went to Sony Center again to see whether this problem was persistent with all SONY LCD TV’s but it was NOT. I suspect either my particular set is faulty or it the problem with this whole series.

                            I am very disappointed to buy this LCD TV and request you to either rectify the problem or replace the above said model of LCD TV as it has only been around 2 months.

                            My retail invoice bill no is: 1015 from Sony centre, Mohali


                            Till today[protected] nobody has called me and not even sent an engineer. I have LOST ALL MY FAITH IN SONY PRODUCTS and would ADVICE DO NOT BUY SONY PRODUCTS as they are now defective and moreover the customer care is pathetic.

                            I have WASTED around Rs35,000.00 and would request others to ensure the credentials of any company BIG or SMALL before investing in its products.

                            DO NOT BUY SONY PRODUCTS.....!!!

                              I had brought SONY BRAVIA Model # KFWS60A1 in 2007 from DEVI International showroom in Bangalore. This is 60 inches projection TV which I got for 2 lakhs. Every 9-10 months I am forced to change the LAMP which costs around 20,000 which is at high maintenance. Sony has name for quality and service, but in my case, this is at high maintenace and low quality. Now the whole screen is turning into BLUE PATCHES and i have contacted the SONY service center and they have given estimate of 35000 to change the panel without guarantee.
                              I have already changed the TV LAMP 4 times so far and now an estimate of 35000 to change the color panel does not make sense. A new TV is cheaper nowadays.
                              I need a replacement for this TV, we are fed up of this issue. Kindly do the needful.

                                I purchased Sony Vaio Laptop Model No. VPC EA16F/B/G, Serial No. 7008377from Deekay Electrovision, Ghumar Mandi Chowk, Ludhiana, Ph:[protected], E-mail: [protected]@yahoo.com vide Cash Memo No. RI-2657 dated 20/08/2010 the E-Series with Graphics the costliest model with brand name of Sony worth Rs 55,000/- and from the day one getting pirated programs uploaded those are giving trouble from day one.
                                I submit as under:
                                The said dealer has not provided me the Operating System and Driver CDs. One of my friend purchased Dell branded Laptop, though there is difference of more than Rs 10,000 in both of the Laptops with same features, Dell has provided the said operating system and Drivers to the purchaser.
                                The Lap top gets virus problem. The Windows and the Anti-Virus in original has been promised by the dealer while selling the Lap top. There was the virus in C-drive. When I contacted the said dealer to provide me the said Operating System and Driver CDs and due to faulty Anti-virus my Lap top got virus. The dealer promised to fix the problem and told me to come after 4 hours.
                                After 4 hours the dealer has not provided me the recovery disks even and after the wait of 4 hours just do formatting. If the dealer has to do formatting then why not the customer is being provided the Recovery Disc.
                                I am using Compaq brand Desk Top from the last 10 years. The recovery discs of my system is in my possession till date. The Sony world fame reputed brand has not provided anything except the mental and physical tension to the customer.
                                There is no system how to identify the problem and how to fix the problem. For the issue to get the formatting I have to go to Ludhiana from Phagwara the 50 Kms distant place and after waiting for 4 hours to get the delivery of the Lap top could not get service.
                                What kind of Sales Service the World Known Reputed Company Sony provide to its customers. Whether the formatting is the solution to the problem. Whether the company is charging more than Rs 10,000 in its models to make a fool to its customers and harass them.
                                When requested to the dealer to get the Anti-virus loaded on my Lap top after the wait of 4 hours as the previously loaded Anti-virus has failed to detect the virus, the dealer has not cooperated and said come again to get it installed in your system.
                                It is due to the BAD CUSTOMER CARE PROVIDED BY SONY that is why the customer is being harassed.
                                Whether any body can expect the poor Service like this from the Brand Like SONY.
                                Whether we are not wasting money to spend more on SONY BRAND when it has so poor After Sales Service.
                                Whether we should keep on FORMATTING WINDOWS AND THAT ALSO TO VISIT DEALER AS WE HAVE NO FORMATTING SYSTEM AND CD DRIVES. WHAT A GREAT MOCKERY WITH THE CONSUMER.
                                The dealer’s Service Engineer says that the Virus has not been detected that the game would have been played on the system. WHAT A GREAT AND RUBBISH SONY CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

                                I made a call to your dealer M/S. Deekay Electrovision, Ghumar Mandi Chowk, Ludhiana at[protected] and talked with the attendant and told him that I had come day before yesterday and you made me harassed for 5 hours and did nothing to fix my problem in Sony Lap top (Note Book) The attendant said you should talk with our Service Engineer Mr. Palwinder Singh. Mr. Palwinder Singh after making numerous queries when the Lap-top was purchased, the date of purchase and all those silly questions like what has been done yesterday by our technician. I told him I was told to come back to collect the Lap top from our showroom after 3 hours. I kept on roaming from here to there to get the problem fixed. After 3 hours wait the technician did nothing just pressed F-10 and provided me the Lap top without fixing any problem. The MS office windows have not been uploaded. When my daughter tried to do her project work it was incompatible. As the system was not installed, not even the trial version as the version demands 25 digits key. The Anti-virus system was not installed. I tried to tald to Mr. Amit the owner.



                                I was told to talk at[protected]. Mr. Amit told me to talk to our Manager at[protected]. I kept on dialing at this number he was not picking up his cell-phone. After few minutes when I dialed the Manager picked up the Mobile and said bring the Lap-top at our shop once again we shall fix the problem.

                                I wasted a full day and waited for 5 hours outside the Sony World showroom. Not even a single glass of water was offered to the customer and after the wait of 5 hours nothing has been done to fix the problem. What a great company Sony and its After Sales Service is?

                                Kindly don’t play with the sentiments of the customers. No doubt the customers are stupid, Mindless.

                                On enquiring after the wait of 5 hours in their showroom the Service Engineer gives sheepishly smile.

                                I have never expected such a poor services from such a leading brand with which I am attached emotionally. In spite of various alternative brands available in the market, I made purchase decision in your favour, going against the suggestions of my friends and relatives and other influencers. Though after paying more than Rs 10, 000/- for the same features available with reputed other brands like HP. This brand is unfortunate and the After Sales Service is so poor, even the tea vendor who provide you a cup of tea worth Rs 4/- listen to your complaint if made to him.

                                Your after Sales Services have traumatized my trust & faith in your brand. I am mentally and physically harassed by the quality of your product and that to worst treatment for after Sales Service.



                                I had purchased this product with great joy & solid confidence in your product, but sorry to say you have let me down. I purchased your product with my friend who went for Dell. Now he is enjoying after paying Rs 15, 000 less to my product and I am suffering because I trusted your brand. I called sent E-mails to your customer Care ( It may be check with the records) where I was treated like beggar and no body responded to the E-mails in the positive way and my problem remained unresolved, the trauma does not end here I was provided wrong and vague information how to fix the problem rather to provide the services.

                                Sir, your are not considering the problems of a single customer, But mind one thing a single customer always contribute importantly in your market share. It is up to your business policy. If you see a customer – A PILLAR or A BEGGAR.



                                Now in future I will ensure not to suggest your poor quality product to anyone and also will try not to purchase any product with Brand Name SONY. As I am currently using your poor quality product.



                                A layman can fix this problem for which the SONY the reputed company is making fool to the customers.

                                Sir,
                                I purchased Sony Vaio Laptop Model No. VPC EA16F/B/G, Serial No. 7008377from Deekay Electrovision, Ghumar Mandi Chowk, Ludhiana, Ph:[protected], E-mail: [protected]@yahoo.com vide Cash Memo No. RI-2657 dated 20/08/2010 the E-Series with Graphics the costliest model with brand name of Sony worth Rs 55, 000/- and from the day one getting pirated programs uploaded those are giving trouble from day one.
                                I submit as under:
                                The said dealer has not provided me the Operating System and Driver CDs. One of my friend purchased Dell branded Laptop, though there is difference of more than Rs 10, 000 in both of the Laptops with same features, Dell has provided the said operating system and Drivers to the purchaser.
                                The Lap top gets virus problem. The Windows and the Anti-Virus in original has been promised by the dealer while selling the Lap top. There was the virus in C-drive. When I contacted the said dealer to provide me the said Operating System and Driver CDs and due to faulty Anti-virus my Lap top got virus. The dealer promised to fix the problem and told me to come after 4 hours.
                                After 4 hours the dealer has not provided me the recovery disks even and after the wait of 4 hours just do formatting. If the dealer has to do formatting then why not the customer is being provided the Recovery Disc.
                                I am using Compaq brand Desk Top from the last 10 years. The recovery discs of my system is in my possession till date. The Sony world fame reputed brand has not provided anything except the mental and physical tension to the customer.
                                There is no system how to identify the problem and how to fix the problem. For the issue to get the formatting I have to go to Ludhiana from Phagwara the 50 Kms distant place and after waiting for 4 hours to get the delivery of the Lap top could not get service.
                                What kind of Sales Service the World Known Reputed Company Sony provide to its customers. Whether the formatting is the solution to the problem. Whether the company is charging more than Rs 10, 000 in its models to make a fool to its customers and harass them.
                                When requested to the dealer to get the Anti-virus loaded on my Lap top after the wait of 4 hours as the previously loaded Anti-virus has failed to detect the virus, the dealer has not cooperated and said come again to get it installed in your system.
                                It is due to the BAD CUSTOMER CARE PROVIDED BY SONY that is why the customer is being harassed.
                                Whether any body can expect the poor Service like this from the Brand Like SONY.
                                Whether we are not wasting money to spend more on SONY BRAND when it has so poor After Sales Service.
                                Whether we should keep on FORMATTING WINDOWS AND THAT ALSO TO VISIT DEALER AS WE HAVE NO FORMATTING SYSTEM AND CD DRIVES. WHAT A GREAT MOCKERY WITH THE CONSUMER.
                                The dealer’s Service Engineer says that the Virus has not been detected that the game would have been played on the system. WHAT A GREAT AND RUBBISH SONY CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Healthe caredept)i had many products of sony in my house.this time i feel very bad due to harassment by Reliable, sony authorized service center, Dwaraka, NASIK(maharashtra).I purchesed sony video hanicam from bhagat radio service, DHULE(Maharashtra).Last month i got problem in USB connection so sony service center Dhule after varifing warranty validity of my handicam(14th nov.2012)sent for repair at above mantioned service center, NASIK On 4th oct12 along with warranty card.but my handicam cameback without repairing from worst & deficient service center, NASIK.and demanding Rs.5500 for repairing.so service center, DHULE again sent unrepaired handicam on 16th oct12 along with same service job sheet, sony india service warranty card and credit invoice of bhagat radio service Dhule. at reliable sony service center, NASIK.BY assuring me that we will talk with senior person as handicam is within warranty period.On 22nd oct mr.manoj kadam and mr.kureshi from service center, NASIK ring me that your approval rejected by service center, Pune and we had already informed you about non repairing and we cant help

                                  Two yrs back I bought DSC-H10 from US. One month back the display was showing error 61. Also the lens was sluggish. I took it to the service center in Nasik. After 2 days they informed me that the lens is damaged & will cost me @9000/- for the service.
                                  After exactly 2 days the same service center personnel called me up & asked me if I am interested in buy back of the same camera.
                                  I took the camera to the local camera repair shop where he told me that the lance is damaged & will cost me 1600Rs. Within 1 day he repaired the camera & gave me back.
                                  I don't know whether the service center people are really interested in repairs of the cameras or sales. I think instead of sales they should do their job of service. I my point of view they are not much interested in the out of warranty products. Thus exaggerating the service prices they are diverting the customers to go for new products.
                                  So what I suggest is let the sales people do their job & you service people do your job religiously. This will be beneficial for them as well as the company.
                                  I want some stern action to be taken against such service providers.

                                  i had bought a cyber shot of sony at 11/09/2010, but last 10/11/2010 aproblem occured in this. there was no power, so i went to sony service centre at aligarh, & they recieved it with power failure, & told me that it will send to delhi. after one week via telephone they told me that you have to pay 11722 rs to repair this, i was shocked, so i compalint to sony head office, & next day ( 19/12/2010) they called me from delhi, i told the complete detail to them. they said he is going to contact local service centre, after 10 minute local service centre contact me, & he talk me with hard language & told me you are free to go with court. is it good.
                                  they did not sent the cyber shot to delhi office,

                                  plz guide me what should i do: it is very bad experience with sony

                                    Sony KDL46V3000 has a design flaw?

                                    I believe there is a design flaw with this TV. The manual controls for the TV are located on the top center preventing proper heat ventilation for the LCD panel and tcon pcb curcuit board directly under it. This is the likely cause of a heat related LCD failure.

                                    Sony LCD TVs are essentially Samsung or Sharp...

                                    i got a new cell phone (sony ericsson vivaz pro), from the starting it was giving the problem of hearing from the speaker...whenever i used to get that phone to the showroom it gets ok coz that problem occurs for a while...but problem is a problem and in a that much costly cell...and its slider also got loose...and it hangs too much even after scanning the memory card again and again...and sometimes its ringtone automatically gets off while getting any call...many time i went to the showroom from where i bought that cell....but they do not give responce properly... .i'm a student and i know how i bought that cell for me...thats not fair at all....

                                    Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro — FAULTY

                                    I bought a new mobile Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro on 23rd Dec 2010. I got a problem of Standby timing of charge and replaced the battery in showroom itself in 29th Dec 2010. Again i got a problem o[censored]sage . It happens to use charger twice per day so given my mobile into sony service centre in the month of January. After two days the rectified the problem(like that they says) and returned back to me. And after two three weeks, i got a problem to listen other voices, hanging problem. So yesterday(23rd Feb) again i given my mobile into service. Within 2 months i got 3 times of faulty in my mobile. So i need the solution for this. atleast replacement . The cost of Mobile is Rs.21000/- . I can able to provide the Reference number for each serivces made by service centre.

                                    it has many problems int it.such as during opening application like radio.nd more.it gt hangd.........i have to putt off batry and restart it again..i am totly fed up........its speaker is also not working properly..........i am visiting your centre...from many a days....but they didnt helpd me.and i dont want to repair my phone..............its not a small deal.ofcrse....i am sayin this for last time.otherwise i have to take an big step towards you...........i want my phone to be changed.as soon as possible...........

                                      SUBJECT- REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTED UNIT
                                      Sir,
                                      I purchased a SONY VAIO NOTEBOOK PC (Model no. PCG61212W; Sr.no.[protected] on 22nd June 2010. The product in reference has underwent serious manufacturing defects and has been repeatedly repaired, serving no purpose whatsoever. Till date the product has suffered a LCD failure, MOTHERBOARD malfunction, KEYBOARD stopped functioning and a software problem. Such redundant occurrences has caused undue delay in my day to day work as well as annoying discomfort while making repeated visits to the service centre.
                                      Repairs seem no remedy with the product. I, thus request you to kindly replace this unit with new one.
                                      An expeditious action will highly appreciate.
