Sony Ericsson/ W810i — Problem with camera pictures

Hi,

I purchases Sony Ericsson W810I cell phone in Dec 2007 from Bharthis in Bangalore. When ever I am taking pictures from camera and storing on memory card the pictures will become blur or pictures can damage. I contacted many times to Bharthis even Sony Ericsson care centre also but no body is going to take responsibility against this. Please let me know what to do. First time only I purchased Sony phones and I can say my exprience is not good at all with servieces or product.

Please take some necessary action.

w810i — Camera button problem

I have submitted my above mentioned handset on[protected] at Kaiser Electronics, Thane which is authorised service centre. I was told that the handset would be repaired in a period of 15 days. When enquired on 23-07-08 i was told that the spare was not receieved and was asked to call after 2 days. On[protected] at 12.00 noon the person at the service centre told me that the engineer had collected the spare and was on his way to the service centre and asked me to call for in the evening. But to my bad luck no one replied to my several calls in the evening. On 29-07-08 the person at the service centre reiterated that the spare has not been fetched and on enquiry how long it would take, i was asked to complaint at the toll free no. [protected]. I registerd by case on[protected] under no.CSID SE610-9059, and was asked to call after 4 days. When enquired on[protected] to my surprise the case was registered in some other name. I was asked for my contact no. and then my complaint was traced. I was again asked to call after 2 days. On[protected] when i called back the person asked me to call after 2 more days and no satisfactory answer as to when i will recieve my handset was given. Can anyone help me to know the status of my handset please

I have W200I set I installed the connectivity software in my laptop. Today i connect my mobile in my laptop. but the status is in disable stage.But my mobile is charging in phone mode. what can i do sir

in my mobile camara is not working so am give the sony ericsson company service center but no response my mobile is return no replaced the problem ...he will say company is also not retified the problem ...then why we are select this company...very bad service of company...

My phone is OUT OF warrenty period.

my phone imei[protected] a w810i is given for a display change to
CARE POINT,
SONYERICSSON SERVICE CENTRE
LINK ROAD,CALICUT,KERALA,INDIA.
on 23/10/2010 .they returned the phone on 29/10/2010 with a new display.from the next morning the phone has the same problem.so i returned the phone back to the service centre on 30/10/2010..from that day they are cheating me by telling that "please wait"...at last they said that it must be sent to the company for servicing and they need 10 more days.it was on 25/10/10/and still now they hadn't made any steps to make the phone ready.the phone had only a display problem and after giving to service centre its flash stopped working correctly..i want to know what you can do in that problem.i had made the full payment of the display change.and i also want to know why you are doing such idiotic things like this??.i need an answer..and many customers are having such idiotic complaints like this.the service centre people are cheating customers like this.they wont make the phone ready and they say some problems..the phone condition become more vulgure after giving it to service centre..the copy of bill is kept with this
