Sony Ericsson mobile R300 — problem in mobile
I had brought a mobile R300 from sun teleservices lajpat nagar-2 in 1st jan 2010 and i m facing a number of problems in that mobile from purchasing date like as phone speaker problem, automatic off and can't power on, etc. and i have also visited 3 times of sony ericsson service center and also retailers but anyone could't solve my mobile problem and rigtnow i am also facing the same problem and i am very depressed to his pathetic services and casual behaviour of service center executive and i have also maile to his customer care(Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that I have purchased a Sony Ericsson model – R 300, Invoice No-6093, IMEI No - [protected], on[protected] from M/s sun Teleservices, K-18, Lajpat nagar, Part-II, New Delhi-110024. From the date of purchasing I am facing a problem, and I have visited in your service center 3 times but your executives were not able to resolve my problem. First time when I sent my handset in your service center they have changed my speakers, but problem not resolved, 2nd time when I sent my mobile in your service center they re-install my software but problem still persist. But actual problem in mobile is it will switch off automatically & I not able to restart my phone. For this problem I have sent my mobile in your service center for 2 times but your executive were not able to diagnose as well as resolved this problem. And I am very fed up with your services, from the ist day I am facing this problem sony ericsson services are very pathetic. In future I will not purchase your handset that I was my first and last mistake. Casual attitude of your executive in service center (lajpat Nagar). I am waiting for your reply otherwise I will take action.
