I and my famiely mamber had invested around 2 Lakh in the said company and its group company, but no money has been returned by them since-2006

The promoters of Soundcraf Industires Ltd and its CEO Mr. Rajakumar Basantani are number of cheaters in this world. By inflauencing various brokers in India by paying exhorbitant commissions to them, they have collected huge amount of Fixed deposits from poor people from India and after that this stupid vanished from the earth one day and enjoying his life with his family luxuriously with poor people's hard earned money and eventhough it is more than 7 to 8 years are over now, so far neither our regulating authority nor the police is able to traceout him and deport to India and take some legal action against him so that atleast poor investors can expect to get back atleast a portion of their lost money. Mr. Basantani is a very influencial fraud person on this earth and due to his money power he will get all the protection and poor investors who have been cheated by his malafide intention has to suffer. Nothing to add more.
