[Resolved]  Source One Management Services Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi — Discrimination in Joining

Address: South Delhi, Delhi

Recently I was interviewed by Source One for the post of HR-Recruiter for Delhi region.
I was selected for the post and was later rejected by the company, The reason provided by the company is that as you are married so we cannot hire you and this is teh company policy.

This is totally descrimination in the selection process and when my joining was confirmed then why should they rejected it later on with such silly reasons.
