Whosoever has filed this compliant is absolutely right. I was stucked when i was suppose to go manali. Mr Vinod said that he sent some driver but i dont know what the truth was driver never came and I with my small children was hanged up on road and at the last moment i had to call some other car and had so much of inconvenience because of his wrong commitment.
