Southend Gas Distributor,kolkata — wrong information

i booked for gas cylinder on 18th jan,2012 and and i was given information on 4th feb 2012 that against my booking nimber 320983 dated 18th jan.2012 cash memo no.1001 generated and cylinder will be supplied shortly.on 6th feb.i was given a message that cylinder already delivered to me but actually i have not recd.any cylinder.without supplying cylinder how they can say that it is supplied?my cylinder is INDANE and from south end gas distributor.the cylinder was booked thro the no.[protected] on 18th jan.2012.pl .look into the matter and do the need full..my consumer no.is 26026 with southend gas distributor,kolkata.
