Dear Sir,
I have the above Mobile connection bearing No.[protected]. From November'11 onwards every month I have been complaining to deactivate the value added service of BSNL songs and Tunes., I have personally visited Sambalpur BSNL office several times and requested for deactivating the above value added service. Each time I was promissed for deactivating the service. But each time the charges of Rs.42/- (Rs.30/- +Rs.12/-) has been deducted from my account. This is very sorry state of affairs of BSNL. In this way I have already lost Rs.210/-. I once again request you to deactivate the above value added service and refund my Rs.210/- immediately.
