Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that My name is Monica Singh and am working with Spanco BPO, I would like to need your attention on my concern . my date of joining in the company was 20 Nov 2010 from the very fast day am facing below mentioned problem. As I have decided to discontinue my relationship with my employer, but I would like to bring some of the worst problem the organization has for the female employees.
1. Metal Harassment from my Superiors by using abusive language and unnecessary stretch.
2. Salary Issue:- HR is not ready to reimburse me for the work that I am doing.
3. Threatening:- My supervisor is threatening me to terminate without reason.
4. Security Issue :- I have been asked to do night shift but I am not getting any cab for drop to my home, during mid night.
I sincerely believe the same problems have been faced by other female employees.i feel very bad about it.
I would request you to look into the matter and get a positive resolution for the same.

its Useless to work for such an organization which does not respect women as they should.there are hundreds of people who have experienced the same thing that Uv been through, But the worst thing to add up to the insult is that they (Trainers) from Spanco are supported by their Managers too !
If you really want to be heard do yourself a favour...Get in touch with the Chairman (Spanco) Mr.Kapil Puri and express your plight.
If that wont help, complaint against them with the Women Council Of India, Delhi...Only then you'd be heard!!!
