My Name is Uday Kumar Gupta i was working in Spanco BPO in Kolkata unit as a Customer Care Executive.My employee ID is SBKU02842.I had resigned from the company on 27th of January 2011.I was supposed to get my full & final settlement amount within or in 45 days.I had spoken with the HR department several times but they always assured me that we will finalized your payment it will take time.Still their answer is same its more than one n half year passed but still i waiting for their positive answer and my due amount.
What should i do now where to go to do complain about this company.
A strict action is required against this company so that they should not play with employees.
