Dear All,

I, Prakash Kumar (Team Leader) had joined Sparsh on 13 Feb. 2006, as a CSA (Customer Service Associates), Emp. Code - 30711.

I joined the process Aircel on January 2009 as a Team Leader & after that, at the start of the month of June 09 the management had asked me to resign from the company without serving any notice period as the condition of process was not good.

I resigned from Sparsh on 15th June 2009 as per the senior’s advice (without serving notice period).
I went to Sparsh at the end of August 09; the HR Team said that the Cheque of your F&F was in the bank so come after 10-15 days.
After that, I again went to Sparsh & now the HR was saying that you did not serve the notice period that's why there is a due of Rs.613, however the manager had approved the resignation without any notice period & I do have a copy of that.
It's already 6 months to go & still I am not getting any proper response from the HR Team about F&F (Salary of 21 days & Provident Fund).

I am calling the manager of Aircel Process Mr. Amit Chopra (Process Manager) on regular basis but there is no proper response from his side as usual.

Please do clear all the remaining dues (Salary of 21 days & PF) of me ASAP.

I hope that there will be no need to call again & again after this mail as I have some faith on higher management team.

I would like to request you to help me out & clear all my dues.
