SPDC UK — whether the message is true or not

Today i received a sms 'Your mobile has won you GBP 200, 000 in the 2009 Shell Int'l Mobile Draw ' along with the pin number...I would like to know whether it is true or not...

i also got the message today.why the hell r u sending such hoax msgs to so many people.plz someone look into this matter and stop these msgs as soon as possible.

i got a e-mail on 15-2-09 from [protected]@yahoo.co.uk. the content was, igot a prize from SPDC of amount GBP200, 000. and it is invested in my temporary account in the same bank. today i recieved one e-mail from the same address, informs that ; through the diplomatic system the amount is transferring to India by a corrier agent. and they also asked me to arrange an amount of 45000 Indian Rupees for paying as the Indian custom Airport Clearance fees to prevent the delay of the agent. Is this believable? What i need to do? I don't having this much of money to arrange? Can i get reply as speed as possible?

I received a message from u that congrats u hav won 2 lac i shellintnl mobile draw.
