here as i searched on google i got this page of csumer forum, as i used search any thing to find out what is it, so when i got to seach the spdc, is it related to something with burma or it is a real price given belong to shell petroleum company, i am just waiting for the reply from mr mckay, if i found false or spam and after sending our mail address used wrongly then the dr. mckay definetly in jail. as i am reading all the letter posted here surprize me know but all are without answer wither any one received or not the said amount.
