please let me know that how should i confirm or send the mail so that i get the prize money

i got a message from MD-spdc 2009 that is
congrats, you have won 1, 000, 000.00GBP in SHELL int' mobile draw..
To claim your prize contact DR.Teddy on [protected] or e-mail [protected]@live.com
so please help me how ever it is correct or it is fake one
If it is correct how should i claim it.
