Is the Shell Mobile Draw true or a myth plse send sms to my no [protected]

i have got a message from TM - Treasury telling that I have won 200, 000.00 GBPounds prize in 2009 (SHELL) mobile draw. i recived this sms on 25.04.2009 . please guide me the process for receiving the prize money.

I recieved a message from a message center named as "MD-QPLC" on 19-Apr-09 as

"Your mobile no has won 500, 000, GBP, in 2009 SDPC INTL Mobil draw in UK, to claim contact Dr Philip Hanks, sand me email; [protected]@live.com"

looking at the errors in the message i guessed this was a fraud, hence raised a complaint with my service provider to know what is this :MD-QPLC & also as I am registered for DND how come i am getting these messages. Yesterday the customer care guy confirmed that they dont have a database of the message center & to know I have to log a FIR with the police department. Hence started lookig on internet & came across this site.

Now, my doubt is 100% clear that this is a fraud message.
