[Resolved]  Spectrasoft Technologies — Cancellation fund not refunded

Dear Sir/mam

May irctc Canceled status says that money is refunded but the amount is not credited into my account.ICICI said me to check with IRCTC.

These are the details

Refund Details

Can celled Date Refund Amount Refund Status Receipt Number Refund Date
23-SEP-2009 Rs 160 Refunded [protected] 24-SEP-2009
27-SEP-2009 Rs 150 Refunded [protected] 28-SEP-2009


But the above two amounts that is Rs 160 and rs 150 not credited to my account as of now.
