SPEED 24 Hrs CAR HELPLINE — Harresment of customer
I have taken membership from M/S SPEED (24 Hrs Car help line). Today my was third experience that they never turn out after taking the complaint. I gave first complaint on dated 24th Sep,2009 , second complaint is given by me on dated 15th dec, 2009 and today i gave 3rd complaint for help at 09:00 hrs. Nobody turn out for attending the same ypto till time.basically they have fraud company & make the money. They are not responsible for any type problem. No senior label donot attend the call , only telecaller will pick the call. He/she will tell that I am alone/nobody is available in the office.
So you are requested kindly take the strict legal action on above said company & return my money with the harrsement.

Below are the series of events experienced since the membership starting 31st Dec, 2009, between

1) The tele caller (GEETA – [protected]) offered COMPANY’s membership for 18 months at total sum of Rs. 450/- (Four hundred fifty only).
2) The collection agent (AMIT – [protected]) collected the cheque no. 456696 of ABN AMRO BANK dated 31st Dec 2009 and issued a receipt no. 3361 of the AUTH. DISTRIBUTOR mentioning valid for 18 months. Copy Encolsed as “E-2
3) As per COMPANY’s terms and conditions, successfully activated the membership in Jan, 2010 by calling at [protected]. Informed the representative of 18 months membership. He assured of the same.
FIRST COMPLAINT NO. 267 on 26th Apr, 2010 – (Annex-1)
1) Logged a complaint (Complaint no. 267) on 26th Apr, 2010 at 20:05 IST approx. at COMPANY’s customer service on [protected]/72/73 of “engine starting problem” for the registered vehicle i.e. DL4C S 4580).
a) Customer Service Representative gave a turn around time of 30 min from the complaint time.
b) Chased up again at 20:40, to check the status of the engineer however, got additional turn around time of 10 minutes.
c) Tried calling the Customer Care numbers ([protected]/72/73) between 20:42 – 21:02 but all of the mentioned contact numbers were BUSY for approx. 20 min.
d) Got a call from COMPANY’s customer care representative after an HOUR OF COMPLAINT LOGGING TIME for the location of the vehicle.
e) Engineer arrived between 21:06-21:10 IST in a shabby vehicle and rectified the issue however, DID NOT GET ANY COMPLAINT BOOK SIGNED TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK.
f) Called up Customer Service and gave the feedback however, was updated to speak to Mr. Ranjit regarding the same. THIS SHOWS THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM THAT DESPITE OF TAKING THE FEEDBACK, UPDATED TO CALL Mr. RANJIT.
SECOND COMPLAINT NO. 355 on 27th Apr, 2010 – (Annex-2)
1) Logged a complaint (Complaint no. 355) on 27th Apr, 2010 at 16:00 IST approx. at COMPANY’s customer service on [protected]/72/73 of “engine starting problem” for the registered vehicle i.e. DL4C S 4580).
a) TILL DATE NOBODY FROM COMPANY HAS ATTENDED OR RECTIFIED THE ABOVE MENTIONED COMPLAINT NUMNER i.e. 355 DESPITE NUMEROUS CHASE UP WITH COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES.
THIRD COMPLAINT NO. 390 on 28th Apr, 2010 – Annex-3
1) Logged a complaint no. 390 on 28th Apr, 2010 at 08:30 IST approx. at COMPANY’s customer service on [protected]/72/73 due to FAILURE/DEFICIANCY OF SERVICE BY COMPANY IN THE AGREED TIME INFACT, TILL DATE DESPITE OF NUMEROUS CHASE Up telephone calls.
All the blow telephone calls were made on 28th Apr, 2010 to COMPANY’s customer service numbers.

2) Received a feedback call from SPEED[protected] on 28th Apr, 2010 for complaint no. 267 (For details, refer annex-1). Updated the lady of the issues mentioned above in annex-1, 2, 3. There has been absolutely NO RESOLUTION TO THE COMPLAINTS in Annex-2, 3 despite of speaking to so many COMPANY’s representatives.
Please clarify/confirm the following details:
1) Under which section of COMPANY terms and conditions, if refers that MEMBER is liable to contact Mr. RANJIT for any service deficiency/denial issues DESPITE of the ABOVE MENTIONED FACTS that he’ll NEITHER ATTEND THE CALLS nor would CALLBACK?
2) Under which section of COMPANY terms and conditions, the COMPANY can deny the service to the MEMBER?
3) What is the current status of COMPANY’s relationship with its AUTH. DISTRIBUTOR?
4) Under which section of COMPANY terms and conditions, the MEMEBR is liable for any FALSE COMMITMENTS by any of the COMPANY chosen AUTH. DISTRIBUTOR, if any?
5) Clarify my MEMBERSHIP validity status?
6) Why COMPANY should not compensate on the DEFICIANCY/DENIAL of service?
7) Under which section of COMPANY terms and conditions, COMPANY can leave the Complaints unattended / unresolved for days?
All the above incidents had caused me acute harassment, hardship, mental agony, tension, besides the monetary loss due to the denial/deficiency in services committed, exhibited, played by the wrongful employees, who instead of rendering the proper services have been alleging and befooling me.
Even after numerous telephone chase up calls to the COMPANY (mentioned above in Annex-2-3), the COMPANY gave FALSE commitments/assurances and did not deliberately resolve/rectify the complaint(s) reported under Annex-2-3 till date. I would be forced to move to honorable consumer court and take appropriate legal action against the COMPANY via the appropriate channel of law at New Delhi incase I do not hear from you in 7 days of this complaint.

Speed car help line — FRAUD
SPEED CAR HELP LINEThis is in relation to the help requested by me today in the after noon for car punctured at GK –II with no response from the Speed Car line. The complaint is still pending after passing 5 and half hours and the commitment was to resolve the issue in 30 Minutes. All commitments were fake.
Customer Care executive – liar, uneducated, no details, irresponsible with no courtesies how to deal with the customer and no commitment at all. Not even aware of the drivers. They think customer is an .
The Mechanics cannot reach within delhi , it is really unexpected them to reach in NCR.
Manager – Mr. Ranjit, least interested in taking the calls of the customers. As per the executive “Mr. Ranjit is available only in the morning, after 10- 10:30 he is unreachable.” I tried his call n number of times, wrote him a message but he is least interested in responding.
It was pretty implied and ridiculous that if managers are not ready to take the call then we cannot expect anything from the subordinates.
Above all, the experience was very bad talking to bunch of executives’ right from the afternoon with no commitment to the customer. Better to stop fooling the customers.
I seek for this service for the first time and hopefully for the last time. I really do not want to continue with the service at all.
I have already spoken to the executive for the refund and he assured that I would receive the fund in 1 week’s time.
I would like the management to justify the amount of precious time and cost I wasted with this sick service called Speed car help line.

The fraud car helpline company operating in delhilook at the name speed however they r the slowest in providing service....
i made a complaint on 27th july at 9pm as my car battery was down and i called up 30 times till 12pm in the night and there was no response for the same than woke up next morning and complainted at 10am and again regularly at 12 ,1 , 3 , and 5pm and so on till 11pm in the night and nobody turn up.....and today its 29th july and its 4pm but no response .............
i advise every1 that plz dnt buy this [censored]in car helpline...........

yes its a fraud company. i have taken membership from them once my car broke down i called them they said there men are on the way i waited for three hours but no one came. next i called them also they continuously disconnected my phone..
please do one thing just mail the details of problem faced by fraud of this company to Delhi police commissioner once... i have also mailed the fraud done by this company with me. i have got positive response from Delhi police..
yes i am also agree with above comment they are cheater and they just attend 20 % complaint in a a day. there CC staff is fool and try to make fool to others

No service was provided even after five calls from south ext-2 at 10.30 in the morning. I paid Rupee 500/- for 2 years membership. I want my money back. Speed is collecting money from people without providing any service . They should be punished.
