[Resolved]  speed post article — Non delievery after 7 days

Dear Sir,
I am shocked to know that the article booked by me on 3.8.09 from your Stock Exchange P.O. for Udaipur Rajasthan has not been delivered till date.On tracking my article I am further shocked when I got the information from your web site that the article has been sent to Sambalpur in Orissa instead o[censored]daipur in Rajasthan.
This refelects the state of affairs in your department and forces one to think if you have illiterate or blind staff at the Stock Exchange P.O. and other destinations? If this how you deliver your high postage paid Speed Post letters then what to think about the ordinary letters posted every day by the common man.
I request you to kindly arrange to get my above referred speed post article delivered to the addressee forthwith. I further wish to inform you that I have suffered a huge loss due to the non delivery of the article which was supposed to be delivered in 24 hrs and I reserve my right to claim damages for the loss incurred by me due to the non performance on part of the Postal Department.Besides, I also reserve my right to take legal and other such remedial action as may be deemed fit by my legal advisors.

Till date the documents has not been received by me whereas I have got a mail from "spc.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in" and personally talk to information centre of Speed Post of Kolkata GPO that the article has been delivered. they are unable to tell me that who has received the document.

Dear sir,
i am very shocked, dissatisfied to see that my article containing an appointment letter registered from kandi h.o. on 9th Dec. and today is 27 Dec. but it is funny to see in the net how it circles round the whole state. my question is that are your stuff mad or illiterate ? my dist is hooghly and via uchalan (burdwan) but why burdwan rms returns the article to howrah on 19th dec ? as it is an appointment letter of govt . Job i suffer great loss.
so, i earnestly request to you to take immediate action or i will take legal action against the post office.
