In continuation of my Complaint posted through mail on dated 06th Jan'2012 regarding Non Supply of Refill Cylinder. I would like to mention here that yesterday at about 1754 hrs I received an SMS that the cylinder has been delivered however no Vender of yours has come to even enquire about the same.
It is requested that please look into the matter and direct your vendor to deliver the same at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
I have Indane Gas Connection with Sphoorty Gas Agency, Alwal vide Consumer No.1914503. I have booked for refill over phone on 31.12.2011 and I was conveyed Reference No.313277 immediately. Further on 02.01.2012 again I got an SMS regarding generation of CAsh Memo No.18217 but unfortunately the same has not yet been delivered till date.
I failed to understand the reason behind delay of supply after generation of Cash Memo on 02.01.2012.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to avoid unnecessary mental agony to the customer.
