With respect to the subject above, we would like to inform you, that one of your distributors “ sree sabari gas agencies, no. 918, behind abu palace, poonamallee high road, purasawalkam, Chennai – 600 084” are misusing the Cylinders.
Many of the refilled cylinders are going to black market by all the staffs in office and godown including the delivery boys in this company.
One of our relatives were purchasing from them in black market. We came to know that they now increased the price enormously.
If you check their records mostly major deliveries will be bogus, and the refills were supplied to the commercial use.
Since we have a threat of our life, we cannot expose our details. The agency is dealing with goondas if complaint is filed against them.
We asked them, why they are doing this and we were told that, we can complain wherever we want, nothing will happen to their agency.
We request to make an enquiry with all the records in that company, so that the truth will come out. Please arrange a customer’s meet of that agency, so that you will know how they misusing the refills.
