[Resolved]  Sreemitra Estates PVT Ltd — Plot registration being delayed since May 2010

Yes, I agree with this complaint. many of consumers facing problems with this firm. They are doing very much delay in registrations. I brought 2plots and paid installments and registration fee that almost a 4 years back. I constantly followed up, every time they said a story and many times staff of the firm had change. After constantly follow ups they made my registration, I felt very happy but my happiness is not even for an hour, they were given wrong plot numbers in registration. I immediately pointed out this and asked them to correct it. They had taken the document for correction and I have been doing follow ups almost 5 months for corrected documents, till the date they did not done anything, again all my efforts gone in vain.
The firm owner Dasharath Rama Rao not at all responding to customers. Looks like they Cheated many people on the name of this “SREEMITRA ESTATES" firm.
The Key factor of their sales is they won’t come directly to you to sell their plots, they trap/appoint the persons who has reputation and good relations in society and sell through them, but finally they cheat them as well.
It’s a good lesson to me, I never believe blindly even if my relative/friend/well known person suggest me to do investment. My kind suggestions to future investors please don’t do investments until unless you yourself evaluate all factors.
Sir, many people suffering with this kind of Real Estates companies in Hyderabad, my kind request is please save the customers who is going to fall in this trap.

Update as of Nov 2017. There has been no movement in my registration. I have heard the owner of the firm Dasharath Rama Rao is absconding. Is that true? Should I just leave all hope on the money and the plot?

Does anyone take any action he or try to help people? What is the purpose of this website? Just to note the complaint.. or also suggest any action?
