I approched Sri Chella Gas agency for my agency transfer from Pattamal gas agency to Sri Chella. Couple of times i have taken leave from my office for this. But the response they have given me is not tolerable. Every time they are asking for photo copy of the certification. I asked my mother to sit there till i get the photo copy. They asked my mom to go out and closed the door as they want to go for lunch. I have got the Connection by giving 1 ID proof and 1 address proof. But for changing the connection i am struggling a lot.
