Hi all,

Beware of the name "sri chowdeshwari builders and developers", headed by mr. Raghu veera d. (Raghu to be precise). He will promise heaven to you at the time of booking the apartment or even during the construction is under progress, but his commitments dont come with a proper timeline and the projects are delayed for an uncertain time.

I have purchased an apartment in thirumala lotus and the proposed fate of delivery was feb 2010. But the construction is still going on in the apartment in march 2011. I would like to maintain my anonymity, but in case if you have any doubts over my claims , please visit the thirumala lotus apartment at gottigere (#121/1, kembatahalli road, near gottigere water tank, bangalore 560083, few mins from bannerghatta main road-gottigere bus stop).

Once you reach the apartment, you will be amazed to see that the site which should have been completed before a year, is still under construction and the finishing touches are still going on. It has been declared by the builder that it will take 6 more months to complete the entire construction and after that he will handover the building.

So if you are still planning to book any apartment under chowdeshwari builders, (Eg. Thirumala blossom, gottigere or the one in whitefield) my suggestion would be a strict no no....

If you are still in two minds, come and visit thirumala lotus in gottigere, ask any resident there and decide.

I agree to the part that the construction got delayed, but unlike other builders he is still available there and making his effors to complete the construction.

He is always approachable and helpful.

I am impressed with the way he handled the other constuction so far and new venture plans he started.

I would recommend everyone to please visit all the constructions he has done so far and decide rather taking up the comments here

I am a resident of Thirumala -Meenakshi Comfort, constructed by Choudeswari Builders.
In fact, i happen to be the founder Secretary of our Registered Asso.

I fully disagree to the statement, whoever has made behind the screen

Yes, it is true that there was few months delay in furnishing the "other amenities like Gym, Common hall " in our appartment. However, Mr Raghu is a gentlemen, and he never said No for any thing we have requested and has provided more than what he was supposed to . Eg: Rain water Harvesting Project is something which was not there in the brochure, but upon our request, he has agreed to support

I request all readers- be careful, if you read or hear about any baseless allegation which someone is making without any proof, that too a coward who doesnt want to reveal his identity

I think the allegations made are little too harsh and seems to be written with some personal grudge. I have purchased flat in another of his venture and doesnt have a complaint. He is approachable, unlike other builders in the town and ready to sort out the issues constructively.

Mr Raghu is a honest gentlemen, i have seen him and his constructions from last 15 years. He is time keeper and disciplined builder. the above allegations are did to just to brings bad remarks on "Sri Chowdeshari Group".

I had recently visited the site this Sunday and was actually shocked to see so many clients. Than on digging in a little more I got to know that the entire Marketing, Sales Strategy currently is planned by some professional and leading sales company who plan large real estate development projects. It seems there are only few flats available in Lakshmi Grand, because recently a group booking is happened by an investor.

The new sales team have started working with this developers since 2 months and they are planning few more new project launches near Sarjapura. The project construction is also going in full swing.

BEWARE of this fraudster builder DV Raghu and his company Sri Chowdeshwari Projects.
The buyers of which have been taken for a big shock ride in his Thirumala Lakshmi Vaibhav project.
Big RISK !!
He has other projects as well where residents and buyers are equally suffering in Thirumala Anemone, Thirumala Grand to name a few. He has floated many namesake companies including but not limited to Sri Chowdeshwari Group, Prithvi homes, Gruhaswapna, Prithvi Unicon etc..Never ever buy any project from such builders.
