I had bought Honda Shine CG10-EB1016 financed from Sri Ram Finance on 31.07.2006. The payment has been completed .But for last few months i m talking to the person concerned for the NOC & original papers of my vehicle,he says
ur payment is still pending for due bounced cheque.
I asked the detail of the bounced cheque and submitted the Andhra bank passbook statement of
the payment of the bounced cheque.Still for last two months he says the
headquarter approval is still pending.
My question is if my payment was due for last 1 year why did they not remind
me for that & why there is no such system by which the finance company takes
initiative for reminding and sending the NOC & taking the balance of overdues .Why they keep waiting to which creates problems for the customers..In my case
i have completed my payment and set assured that the company will provide the
NOC.I could have reached to more awkward situation had i & my family not searche
for the original paper of the vehicle presently...
I want my original papers & NOC of my Vehicle no.CG10-EB-1016 as soon as
possible with ur help without moving round & round of Sri Ram Finance co. ...
