Good Morning Sir,
I am Liza Paul who joined in the below said Driving School on[protected] and got the LLR on the same day. I have submitted my Family Card and Transfer Certificate Copy and Original for receiving the LLR and got back the same. I have asked them to get in my address which is mentioned in the Family Card. I am residing in this address for the past 30 years. But for their convenience they have mentioned my house address as office address and their Driving school address as present address. But I was not much serious of this matter. For receiving the advance amount they arranged the LLR on the same day. After that there was no proper training and not taking to Final Test and still now I have not received the Permanent License.

My address belongs to North RTO Office and I have been place in South RTO office for their convenience. For this we have not questioned them. But they have collected Rs. 7,000/- and Rs. 500/- at the time of paying fees to the RTO counter. They tell us that for each test the candidate has to pay Rs. 500/- extra. They never conduct driving class properly and they say the candidate is not fit for learning. You have to pay extra then only you will pass the final test. Then I told that I wont pay extra you have committed me that you will give training and get license. Then immediately he is saying that I have not committed that I will get license, that is not my work. After that without proper training he is sending to the test to RTO office. The first time the RTO Inspector has disqualified the test. Then the driving school people is telling that, that RTO Inspector is not the concerned officer for our test, (Mr. Raju RTO Inspector) is our adjustable person if he is there we can do something. You go and come after 10 days. This happened for the past 2-3 weeks.
I have come to my parents house for the school vacation leave I have joined the driving school and the vacation is over and my job is going to get in problem I told this people to do something. (I am working as a Teacher in Lucknow) Then they told we cant do anything you have to come after 10 days. There is no solution for this matter? Please do the needful.
The driving school people are telling that only Monday, our driving school will submit papers to the RTO office. Other days we are not allowed to give papers for test or any matter to RTO office.
I asked the Original Learners Licence to the Driving School then they say that belongs to us only if we hand over to me you will go to some other driving school. I have paid Rs. 7,000/- and more and saying we wont give the originals. What system is this? Please RTO officers and Inspectors has to restrict this and take necessary action in this regard. Cheating is there regular work to maximum Learners.
In this regard any documents has to be submitted I can do the needful such as : LLR copy, fee paid receipt.
Please do the needful and take necessary action in this regard and help me.
