[Resolved]  Ss — Details requested by society president

I am owner of a unit in Pratham vatika bopal, the president has requested following details to keep for their own records.

Sale Deed Copy.

· Deed of conveyance copy from the builder.

· Possession letter from the builder.

· Share Certificate copy (both side).

· If home loan availed, then approval and sanction letter.

· Current statement of your home loan.

· Latest electricity bill copy.

· Last paid receipt of panchayat tax copy.

· In case if you have transferred your home loan to other bank, in that case related paper’s copy.

· If you have purchased the unit on resale then you have to submit :

1. “Sale deed” & “deed of conveyance” of previous owner.

2. Sale deed of self.

3. Likewise home loan related documents for both seller and buyer.

this documents are quite confidential, is it viable to give this details to society president.
