We belong to SSA Central govt educational institution using broadband bsnl connecton since Aug 2011. Even from the date of connection MODEM Does not connect properly. MOST OF THE DAYS THE SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR. We lodged complaints several times to the bsnl office. But there is no proper responce. Due to this, many goverment datas cannot be sent.If this problem persists we will move to legal action. So take appropriate action regarding this issue.
