Mine experience is similar when it comes to speaking with people at SSV. THEY ARE VERY RUDE. I used to make monthly payments of Rs. 450.00/- for unlimited internet service which 60 to 70% of time I never got to use as there always used to be some or the other problem at their end. On all eekends their service used to be down, I used to make many complaint calls but still my problem was not solved. Most of the time even the complaint number used to be switched off. People at SSV wont even allow me to meet their boss so that I could complain & get my problem solved. I was their customer for more than a year but they don't really understand the value of a customer. 24 online owner if you really care for your business you should look into this. your peolpe like Arif absolutely useless. People at renew department started fighting with me just because the complaint department didn't register my complaint. Mr. Ethape also is not able to help me or allows me to meet his superior.
I think these SSV people is getting enough business without any competition.
I personally went thrice to their office at Kharghar for new connection, but till now I haven't got any connection.
I have called many times, but the answer is always that - the person will come after some time.

They are very rude to thier customer ...They only give u followup when u ask them about new connection ...Guys I would suggest u to go for Private Co. who atleast care for their customer but they charged more...but the u have the satisfaction as u can abuse them i[censored] don't get service proper ...

mera net 3 dino se band hai maine complaint ki hai 3 din ho gaye par abhi tak koi technitian nahi aaya.mai roj call karta hu wo bolte hai aaj sir apka problem dur ho jayega par kuch nahi hota. agar aap service nahi de sakte to customer ko commitment nahi karna chahiye.yadi aap service nahi de sakte to mera connection disconnect kar k mera paisa vapas kar do.

I am also facing same problem.From last 15 days my net is down.They told me everyday that they will send Engineer on today, but till now no one visiting my home & not resolve my problem.They are very third class service provider.The people who attends the phone are very pathiatic & very rude.They doesn't value the customers.So i request all Navi Mumbaikars that "DO NOT GO FOR SSV" go for any brand name.

I do have a similar problem. Initially when I got the connection of 512 kbps at Rs. 610 pm, I was very happy with their service. I got the connection in the month of March 2010, first 3 months speed was very good and there was no problem with the connection. From June 2nd week onwards, the download speed was pathetic, very irregular download speed, and net connections are down with the connection error as cannot contact server. I placed complaints with the customer care, but first of all they said that there is some problem with your pc, i told them to send someone from their office, one person came and diagnosed and said there is no such problem, then again I complained about the speed, they send another person, he saw the problem I was talking about, and informed me that he will take up this matter with his seniors but till date nothing happened. I am very much frustrated with their service and I am planning to disconnect their service and go for some other provider.

am one of the user of SSV internet from Sector 11, Kalamboli (Vastu Shanti Tower). I always face problem to get connected with the net. Last one week I regularly contact their office to get logged in to the net because when I try to log in, it shows ‘could not contact server’ or ‘ID is different from the one registered with you’. Executive from the said office visited my place. Sometime, they do something to get connection which may succeed for that day and on the next day the problem does recur. Now also I am not getting internet. Some days before, when I contacted the office, they sent an executive who done something and enabled the net connection. However, on the very next day, when I tried to log in, the same error occurred (could not contact server). I again contacted the said office. They advised to contact an executive who was told on work somewhere near my building. When contacted, he told me that some cable problem occurred in the nearby building and he was rectifying the same. After some time when I contacted, he informed me that the cable problem was solved and requested me to log in. When I tried to do so, it shows that my ID is different from the one registered with you. Then I contacted the office, they told me to hold the phone for hours and also advised me put the computer and net on switch on mode. I followed their instructions always, but no result. I continued contacting them to get the connection as there was an urgent work to complete. I also sent e-mails and also contacted their Vashi Office which is said to be their main office. Nothing happened.Today also I contacted these people and sent e-mails. I don't know when I get the connection. I also requested them to pay back my money if they can't rectify the problem. I am sorry to say that their service is so pathetic. I can only hope for the best service. It is only hope nothing more.
I am looking for a new broadband connection in Kharghar...one of my friend residing in Koperkhairane told me to go for SSV..as he is using the same at home with @385/- pm unlimited...and satisfied...but looking at the feedback given above..I would prefer to go with some other private service provider..thanks all for your valuable feedback..

net lagging badly when i played condition zero online the net work's but while playing the game the net laggg badly i use 510 kbps net while playing net ping goess on increasing take note of it i cant play with such a ping plzzz help so that i can play comfortly without lag plzzz take note of it

Myself Nitin from New Panvel writing this mail on very sad note, stating that i being a customer with SSV broadband (started 15th Jan 2012) has being contacting with the local troops of SSV to activate my service, which was being stopped on 1st April 2012 due to the controversy between My Housing society & SSV.
I request you to restart my service without argument, as till today the local official had asked me to give sometime always. Kindly request you to do the needful for the same & above, if not possible then refund my unused service payment. If not possible this also then i need to take this issue to higher management & other sources.

My problem is with the cable tv, I am using ssv cable for so many years, Maybe be more than 10 to 12 years, always paid on yearly basis. This year my membership got over on March 31. The payment collection person had, come on 2 occasions I was not at home, this sunday, when he came for collection, pray service was going on I called him after some, He did not turn up but yes the next day the cable got disconnected, this is the way SSV people treat the customers. After calling him in the second half, if the person doesnot turn up then who is at fault???. It only 20 days up and the month has not yet ended and still the cable is is disconnected. As per the new TRAI guidelines published in Feb 2019, from March 2019, cable TV operators has to charge fees for only those channels opted by their customers. Accordingly all the cable operators has to inform their customers and enable them with the rates of various channels and packages for them to choose. This is being done by operators allover Mumbai.
Unfortunately, our cable operator SSV cable is not giving this service and they expect the customer to go to their office and select the channels; they don't even bother to give us the copy of the list of channels.
Last week I went to their office and requested them to give a copy of the list so that I can circulate it to our residents. They refused to do so. Therefore, I downloaded the list from the web site of DEN satellite and went to their office today with the printed copies in which I had selected the required channels. They refused to take the printout and insisted me to write the names of the channels along with the respective rates in a piece of paper which I refused to do as all the information they needed was already there in the printout.
This is the high-handedness of the cable operator who is taking advantage of our requirement being a monopoly in this area. They are using our terrace and power supply for their equipment for giving connections to other buildings and no benefits are given to us.
