ST Ericsson — Father's Name printed incorrect in PAN card

I have received my PAN card today 26/12/2009. My father's name is printed incorrect in my PAN card..The correct format is ALBERT IRUDAYANATHAN D..
.D for DAVID..It is now printed as IRUDAYANATHAN DAVID ALBERT in my PAN card which is incorrect...My PAN number AQTPA6054D..please do the necessary changes and post me to the below address.
