Mr debdas is not here to attend all calls. he is mostly in meetings at clients' sites. to expect him to take 20 calls everyday is unreasonable. the complaint has no base and reflects the frustrations of a man who is eager to come to US but may not have the right qualifications to pass the rigors of immigration.

Did the original poster apply H1B through staffing-tree ? Did he pay money? It is not clear from original post. In case the man applied H1B through consultancy, then the responsibility is on consultancy to get it approved, because consultancy have taken the application from person in first place. Some more comments may make it clear.

Baxi, I could not understand a thing about your comment. At one point you are agreeing to the complaint and defending that Debdas is a busy man and the at other point you are disagreeing to the complaint by suggesting that there is no basis to the complaint and the person who has gone ahead found out about this site and feeling frustrated with your company does not have right qualification? Bizarre!

No done farud of 95000 rps .Now they are not showing up and answring my call .I have all the tansaction records and email and recpit records with me .The name of person how deals is vinneth aggarwal.Can u enlighten me how to procude further with my complaint.

hi, i am also one of the many victims of staffing tree. they had taken 95, 000 rupeers from me for filing h1b. after that there is no communication. i contacted them many times, but there was no response. don't fall into their trap. they are just making money luring people like this. they are real cheaters with no ethical and business values. it is our hard earned money . they need to atleast think for a moment if it is right to cheat people's hard earned money like this. we should file a complaint against these people in US. Please help how to proceed.
Friends I gone through all your comments. The organization and its owners are all habituated cheaters. The owner stays at US and his father at Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India. Both are the director of the organization along with their mother. They looted crores from various candidate of India as well as overseas in the name of providing placement and H1VISA etc.When it comes to refunds, then they are UN able to do so and immediately closed their office and put all the blames on their employees on various false allegations. I request all the people who has been cheated BY them in Hi-visa come down to Bhubaneswar and should immediately filled complaint against them in the local police station.Definitely police will able to recover money from the father and son duo, who stays at Bhubaneswar..
