This is to inform u that i'm using your swap machine with MID NO:50114314 and TID NO:43172441 for the past few years in my shop naming Standard jewellers (building no 60-a shop no-3 central market lajpat nagar).Now for the past 2 months it had stopped working,due to which my business is getting effected.I made several calls to the customer care to tell them that my machine is not working and have asked them several times that please state the reason why it had stopped working,to which they reply that the reason has not being stated to them even.they have send their engineer to check the machine,machine was ok but he also told that the icici bank has stopped the TID no this machine,but the reason has not being stated.I am writting this letter to you so that u do the needful and help solving this problem.
Please do the needful so that the machine starts working.
