I bought a HP Desktop computer from Koramangala. After a few months, it stopped booting due to a hardware problem. I called Staples and asked them what I should do, and I was politely told to call HP Customer service. After that I called HP and was redirected to Staples, citing that the warranty and service post-sales was being provided by Staples. Then I called back Staples who then started giving out hazy information. They would tell us to call their service department, but the (mobile) number they gave would be switched off. When we questioned them about the number being switched off, they told us we must have dialled it wrong! We called the service department numerous times, but the number was always switched off. The floor personnel kept telling us there is nothing they can do, and we have to keep trying.
If you have bought a PC from Staples, be ready it to fix it yourself. Else, just buy it from a computer manufacturer show-room or Dell. Was this information helpful? |
