I paid $45 for get Gold membership, then i received email with i need to verify my details, but i already verified my account. I opened support ticket on 16th of March, but they aren't replied to that still (30 March).

i paid for gold membership and after some time i requested for a payment, but no success. I emailed to [protected]@star-clicks.com they do not even say something till today. So this is really a scam site. They are stealing people`s money.

Your accounts were suspended because you were caught having multiple accounts. We have mentioned several places on the site that members are allowed to have only one account at any time. Unfortunately, still some members create multiple accounts and after a while the accounts are suspended. If an account is suspended as a result of violation the member wont get paid.

O Site Star-Clicks é uma fraude, os membros se matam para ganhar alguns centavos, e quando querem alguma informação ou tentar falar com algum administrador do site sobre pagamento, ou transferência bancaria caso o membro que esteja afim de tornar-se membro ouro. Não responder, simplesmente ignoram as mensagens no facebook, email e site. Como que um membro vai se tornar "membro ouro" se nem ao menos recebe retorno para confirmar que efetuou o pagamento? Como confiar em algo que nem se importa em justificar-se ou ao menos ter a educação para responder? O site parecia bom, mas infelizmente como muito outros sites "STAR-CLICKS" é uma fraude.

I have paid to be upgraded to gold membership but still I am still a silver membership, please help me
Can someone from star clicks help me with my query please? I have sent some required documents in availing my withdrawal thru PayPal but to no avail they're not processing my requirements. Until now I can't withdraw my earnings which took my time to collect the minimum payout. We are not able to debit your Paypal account. Paypal system is in a way that you should authorize a payment before the payment is settled, so we do not have access to your Papal account to debit your account.
Only accounts in violation with our terms get suspended. If you let me know your email I can check and get back to you to understand the reason your account was suspended.
Also, you can always send email to [protected]@star-clicks.com I checked our tickets and did not see any query related to the issues you mentioned.
