[Resolved]  starhealth insurance — extra premium on policy

i took policy for my mother, i renewed the policy two times and last year my mother was hospitalised for her heart problem, we claimed only 20,000 and my policy is for 100000. this year when i am supposed to renew my policy they charged me 800 extra. when i enquired about that they said if i caim a huge amount i have to pay extra premium. when i took a policy for one lakhs and claimed only 20000 why should i pay extra premium this condition is not mentioned in the policy agreement for last two years i dint pay any extra charges. please clarify

I have joined your TN GOVT HIS and pay the subscription regularly.But I have not received the health card.I have every hope that you eill take a promt action and oblige.

starhealth insurance — Insurance Re-imbursement not yet done

Sir,

I am Visanth from Cochin. My Policy No is P/171113/01/2010/005341 and Employee Id is 2035. My Claim No is GNC131. I submitted the hospitalization details on April 2nd week 2010.I didn't get the re-imbursement yet. I contacted star health insurance office regarding this and they didn't give me a proper reason for the delay. Please do the needful.
