[Resolved]  Stella Trading — Fraud Company

Hi I'm from Chennai.. I too faced the same complaint.. they are not also returning the money in-spite of repeated phone calls made to them. I payed the full money as its a reputed exhibition center at Chennai Trade Center, Home style exhibition held by times of India on October. I wonder how come even times of India give stalls to such fraudulent companies. Should take up this matter to even them. We should bring companies such as these to light.. Creating stress in consumers mind.

I have also booked flowers order which is not yet delivered. But I am not going to leave these bxxxx just like that. Will try my methods first and if required will go to police. Must be caught and punished.

Even I had booked flowers order in the last Pune exhibition they participated. Paid them 100% in advance with the delivery promises from one week to the next from the mother-son duo. Flowers stuck in customs, Father getting it along with him from Thailand etc etc- excuses galore!!
Finally, both their phones are switched off since last two weeks. We should not leave them just like that...we should go back to the organisers of these events and get their details...they should not go scot free!!

Dear Friends, even i was duped by this mother son duo! I have been trying to reach them but all in vain as both the numbers are switched off. I think the best thing to do is lets come together and lodge a formal complaint against them. I can be reached on [protected]. - Omkar

We at Stella trading would like to inform that all the pending deliveries have all been made to all the clients.. 

We had a suffered a major loss where in first our container was stuck at the Mumbai customs from oct 16 - dec 21 2010.. When it was finally released it was found that all the flowers had all gotten wet and had marks on them n which could not be delivered to the clients.. 

The diwali Orders for 5 cities Bombay, Pune, hyd, Bangalore, and chennai had all gotten spoilt.. 

Since all the goods are hand made and r made abroad  had to remake the whole order of 2000 flowers again... 

We would also like to state that we r a company who has been in this exhibition line from 2008 onwards and have had a very reputed name in the industry in India as well as abroad... 

Ps: All the clients who have posted complaints against us have all received their respective order or have been refunded their amount back. They  were by fluke actually  the first clients to receive their orders... 

Ps: Any body can face a loss, but a truthful person n a reputed company would never jeopardise their name and will never cheat anybody or dupe people of their money... We had no bad intentions in our mind while booking the orders and all people who paid us the booking amount in full also did it because they had been seeing us in the Market for a long time.. 

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to our clients.. We also would like to thank all our clients for their utmost patience n trust bestowed upon us..

Hi,
This is the same case for me as well in Bangalore. They keep coming up with excuses and neither deliver nor refund the money. Stella Trading is a major cheat. Do NOT buy any items from them.
