[Resolved]  Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd — Teakquity Plan

I havehad purchased the subject plan for 21 teak trees by paying near about 30,000/= Rs. They Issued a certificate (Certificate No. L 1807 dt. 15/03/1996) , guaranteed 1.06 Cu. Mtr. timber per teak tree planted at Pangudi Plantation in Parivirisurian Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, to an extent of 5.5 cents.

Its maturity date is 15/11/2013. But, they failed to give the the timely interim returns of 6th and 12th year. Now, there is no response from their end.

Please treat this as a complaint from my side,and kindly requested to sue them immediately.
