I Had Lodged Complaint in SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2010.
But I have not got any dues of my investment or information regarding the further proceedings of my complaint Till Date..????????

STM Easy Retirement Teakquity — Returns not received / company non-contactable

I have purchased 5 teak trees from Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd. My certificate no is A155753. As per the company's certificate, the teak trees were planted at Belguma Plantation in Buguda Sub-Registration District, Ganjam District, Orissa State. Date of joining was 02/05/1997 and the date of maturity 01/05/2017. The 1st interim return was due on 01/05/2003 and it was supposed to be paid by 31/10/2003. The 2nd interim return was due on 01/05/2009 and it was supposed to be paid by 31/10/2009. But nothing was paid and it seems to be a clear fraud case.

I am G.Chayadevi and i have purchased 2 teak trees in 1995. I have receipt and certificate for the same. I am not able to find the company name in stock listing and also i could not reach either office or any branch office address.

I also purchased one teak tree under STERLING TREE MAGNUM(I)Ltd., "DIVYAA", Murrays gate road, Alwarpet, CHENNAI 600 018. The teak tree was situated at PISANNA THUR PLANTATION, GANDHAWAR KOTTAI, PUDU KOTTAI DIST. The value is Rs. 1775/- D.O.J[protected] AND D.O.MATURITY IS[protected].
The Application no. J551199 cERTIFICATE NO. K24328. The maturity amount is much useful in my old age as I am possessing age of 67 years. Can anybody will help to whom I shall be grateful to him/them.

Why are you not paid my refund amount Rs.144000/- after maturity date is Sept.2014 I am very confuse what the problem on company site I saw that sterling tree magnum is active company. I have very need of money please refund my amount Rs.144000/- plus update interest. The detail of certificate is below:
